
Pilates is based on the principles of biomechanical alignment, muscular balance, and exercising the 4 different movements of the spine: flexion, extension, side bending, and rotation. M+M believes that even though Pilates is a form of fitness, it is extremely important that it is done correctly and under the guidance of a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor.
M+M works to make sure that each student understands what their muscles are doing in every movement and what the purpose of each movement is.
Pilates has restored and renewed Kati’s body and she hopes to be able to give those same gifts to each and every one of her students.
